I wasn't sure if this would work. I have a springer spaniel who hates to be left alone and cries and barks as soon as I leave the house, annoying the neighbours. This collar works great, with the vibrations confusing him. No more barking or crying when he's alone for short periods. Very impressed

I have been using this for a month now so I feel I have given it enough time to give it an accurate review. I have a 2.5 year old dachshund, she has always been a bit barky as they are but since she has been 18 months old we have had a really issue with her barking in the garden - sometimes at noises like car doors other times at absolutely nothing but she barks and barks and when doing this she does not listen to us when we ask her to come back into the house and runs away. We’ve had incidents where we have been unable to get her back in the house for over an hour. She can only toilet on a lead. We have tried every single training trick online, paid £120 for behaviourist sessions (she’s an odd case as totally fine on walks but the garden is a real trigger for her). I could not ever just relax in my garden as the only way to keep her quiet was constant play with her or I’d have to leave her inside and then she would be crying as she loves being outdoors. I got this bark collar and it has worked from day one, I personally only use it on her when we are spending time in the garden but it has been amazing. I use it on mode 3, it did scare her at first she would bark once it would go off and she would run to me obviously confused about it. We can now actually spend time in the garden and relax. She also is relaxing in the garden now instead of sitting waiting for something to bark at, she also listens to us and actually goes into the house when she feels like it or lets me carry her back in. She is so much calmer relaxed and can enjoy the garden. She does the occasional bark when there is a loud noise but stops once this goes off then she potters away. This has been a real life saver for us and stress is massively reduced.

Does not stop my dog from barking at all. I’ve tried so many different ways of fastening the strap, but it does not do the job. I’ve followed all the product instructions perfectly. Quite disappointed.

Update: Broke after a few mo this tho. My friends and I have dubbed it "The magic collar" having changed my Jack Russell into a peaceful cherub! After incessant barking for any reason, I submitted to trying this method, using rewards when he was quiet after barking once or twice. He wore it a few hours the first day, then a couple of hours in the second day. The silence was almost eerie at first! I carried it around with me for a week but didn't have to put it on him after first day and a half, I just showed it to him. If he did continue barking after that I just turned it on and left it on the table, he learned fast.

We have a 5 year old cocker spaniel. She is very well natured, but has the loudest bark ever. We had a baby nearly 3 years ago and our dog's behaviour completely changed when little one arrived, and she started barking at us non stop for attention and at noises outside and inside like car doors slamming or internal doors shutting, and would not stop barking for minutes after she started. She is very trainable for everything else - sit, stay, down, spin, and we have even trained her to ring a bell when she needs to go out to the toilet - but we could never get the barking under control. We tried positive reinforcement, seeing a trainer, ignoring the barking, keeping her on the lead inside, using "quiet" commands over and over but nothing worked, and frankly were at our wits end. By complete chance, we met another cocker owner in the park who said her dog used to be exactly the same until she tried this collar. It's understandable that people would be sceptical when I say this (as until I spoke to the other owner I didn't think it would work as well), but the barking INSTANTLY got under control when we put this collar on her. After a single woof, the unit vibrates and our dog instantly stops barking where previously she would have continued uncontrollably for minutes. Moreover, the number of times she barks has gone from 10s of times a day to literally one or two. So from hundreds of never-ending loud barks a day to one or two... It's like magic. I am reviewing after 4 days of owning the product, but I am hopeful this will continue and we are combining her stopping barking with positive reinforcement and lots of treats. Setup is super simple, the unit seems very durable and collar can be easily adjusted to fit. Only reason for 4 star rather than 5 is it does not have a usb-c charging port on the unit which others do have. As it has a proprietary charging cable I need to be careful not to lose it. But o.m.g if you are at your wits end with your dog, and have tried everything else, highly recommend giving this a go. My relationship with my dog has overnight gone from being frustrated and at my wits end, to enjoying having a nice quiet dog again. Hopefully this review helps others.

Early days yet, but this is probably the best thing I’ve bought for my Spaniel puppy (5 months old). She has (had?) a habit of barking incessantly from the moment she wakes up while playing with her sibling pup, and refuses to shut up. She has worn this collar on a low setting for approximately half an hour from waking up for the last three mornings. The battery came fully charged and is still showing fully charged. It is absolute bliss now the barking has ceased, I’m amazed that the vibration and beeping, at it’s lowest level disturb and break that mad barking mindset. She still plays and wrestles with her sibling but no barking! She will still bark with the collar off but only like a normal dog does when playing and happy. I’m delighted and so are my neighbours. Hopefully as time goes on I won’t need to use it so regularly and it can go and live in the kitchen draw! Long may it continue working!

I wanted to provide a review for the many people out there who might be like we were, experiencing constant dog barking that is so unpleasant. It was daunting for us. My 17-month-old GR started barking incessantly at everything; the neighbour's cat, birds, when play-fighting with our other dog, and if we went outside in the garden for anything, locking him inside when needing to, even for a few minutes. Or if we were in another room. We thought any day now we are going to get complaints from the neighbours, not to mention how bad the barking had become for us. So in desperation, we checked out some anti-barking products on Amazon. I cannot praise this collar enough. When first putting it on (leaving his own collar on too) not to make too much fuss) our dog was in the garden and yes, you've guessed it, he started barking. The bleep went off followed by a short buzz. Our dog ran into the house but we didn't over-fuss regard his astonishment on what had just happened, but did calm him and praise him. After that, no more barking and he did not seem disturbed at all by the collar as it was also left on at night. I was always mindful of not having anything that could cause distress. I would not have continued using it if I thought that could be the case. My other concern was when the dogs were play fighting the collar would get ripped off because it is a little chunky on the actual component itself. For that reason, I bought a backup just in case. But no, it remains intact. For all these reasons the product itself gets a 5-star rating. The set-up was slightly fiddly but not difficult if you follow the instructions. The buzzer goes up to 7 but I set the buzz on 2 and it was not necessary to increase this, meaning, buzzing for longer if my dog barked was not necessary. The battery is said to last 14 days before charging again. I just do it when I know it is not far off that. You can easily see when the battery is fully charged as the green light stop flickering. The red light remains on, I believe. Even when the collar is off during the charging processing which doesn't take long at all, my dog still doesn't bark. I also recommended to my brother for his dog. He now doesn't need the collar on his dog at all as long as the device is in the vicinity. Very happy customers. We are so pleased with this product, I just had to share our positive experience. Life is so much more peaceful now. Thank you. Thank you.

It was effective at first. Our dog started quieting down and wasn’t barking at every little thing. However, she slowly got used to the collar. Although she is a bit quieter during the day, whenever there is an animal on screen, the collar does not deter her at all, and she goes on a barking fit trying to jump at the TV. The battery life is good and the fit is perfect, not to mention it’s not cruel and is safe. However, I can’t recommend this product in good conscience when it loses its usefulness barely a week after being bought.

I really like that this bark collar works without a shock. My dogs don't like it and won't bark with it on, but I have put it against my own skin and it doesn't hurt so I don't feel guilty using it. I have guard dogs - Dobermans - and I adore the breed and feel safe with them guarding my home. But we recently moved and now we have a public trail behind our rental house. I want the dogs to keep guarding my house but I can't have them barking every time someone walks back there! This works perfectly because I take it off at night or when I am leaving the house, but it keeps the dogs from barking when they run out during the day.

I don't write reviews...ever! But as I was on my walk in the park with my incredibly barky, loud, squeaky dachshund mix this morning I couldn't wait to get home and write this one. He's a weiner and he's a puppy...and he makes noise literally ALL of the time. He's been driving me and my husband crazy since he came to live with us. Don't get me wrong, we love the little monster...but we really had no idea just how much weiners bark. So in comes the bark collar out of desperation. We really didn't want to do it, even though they call it humane it just seemed like we would be dampening his spirit. Well let me tell you...his spirit has not been dampened one bit but his bark sure has! I put this on for the first time just this morning...he barked twice, got "vibrated"...and this has now been the quietest day we've had in almost three months! And he doesn't seem to mind which is the best part. This thing is worth the money twice over, it works great. I can't really say anything about the battery life...I've only been using it for 7 hours...but I hear it works for a couple of weeks. Doesn't matter, we plan to take it off when he goes to bed at night and put it back on in the morning. It seems like a safe item, not like a shock collar at all. The vibration doesn't even seem to bother him...he acts like we strapped a toy to his neck and he's trying to figure out why! It was simple to use, just plug it in for a couple of hours, do the easy test they gave instructions for and put it on. It's amazing that he's learned the point of it all in only a few hours. Bless whomever made this thing. Oh yeah...and sizing it to your dog is simple, just measure it when it's on and cut off the excess you don't need. Easy peasy! I recommend this to anyone who is struggling with the noise...join the quiet club...you'll thank me for this review if you do. Have a blessed, quiet day.

My dog is a really barker, when people comes over to the house, she can bark for hours and it really drives everyone crazy! We tried giving her treats to keep her quiet, keeping her occupied with new toys, yanking her collar, nothing worked till we got this collar. Now she mostly keeps quiet when the collar is on, even if she attempts to bark, the sound and vibration mode really deterred her fast. Thank you for the excellent product, can’t recommend this enough!!!!

Fast delivery.. product as described.. my only complaint is instructions are sso tiny I had to take photos to enlarge and read. Put it on my furbubba.. she got a surprise when she let out her first bark.. she was not expecting the noise.. well no more barks last night.. even on her visits outside.. she did not have it on during the night.. ha ha she went out at 5.30 am looked around and let out a quiet bark.. mm nothing so a louder one .. but not continuous .. collaar on and so far no barks all day..Yay.. so far really happy.. Ok, so our 4 year old lab is a sweet love bug. Amazing with our kids. Super snuggly. Smart. PERFECT dog....up until 6 months ago when we brought home her little (puppy) brother. Then “jealousy” kicked in. We assumed it was her way of asserting dominance or simply gaining attention when she saw the cute pup getting love. Anyway, the barking became ALL THE TIME..... when our boys wrestled, when my husband and I hugged, when the door bell rang, when their was a noise outside, you name it, it caused her to bark. REPEATEDLY ......OVER AND OVER AND OVER, enough to make you want to stab your ear drums out. We tried ignoring. We tried turning our back. We tried reinforcing her calm reactions. We tried yelling. We tried screaming. We tried barking back at her. We tried a sound buzzer clicking button machine thingy (high pitched for dog ears). We tried scaring her. But nothing we did was working and it got to the point that we were yelling at her so much to STOP that I was afraid the neighbors would get sick of US YELLING, more than the dog barking. It was causing so much tension in our house. I considered hiring a behavior trainer, but we just couldn’t afford it. “Shock” collars were a no go for us, because OUCH. We were at our wits end. Low and behold I came across THIS gift from a heavenly place and read up on it. I read tons of reviews and the price was right so I figured why not... if it sucks it definitely wouldn’t be the first thing I’ve returned from Amazon. But holy FREAKING moly it hasn’t even been in our house for 12 hours and I legit COULDN’T wait to write a review! (And I never write reviews, because who the heck has time to do that!?) Anyway, if you read ANY reviews that say the product doesn’t work, then it’s definitely USER ERROR. (If you want it to work and can’t figure it out, holler at your girl here and I’ll gladly help you learn how to use it to restore peace back in your life!) The directions can be a bit overwhelming at first, but I read them a few times until I felt like I was ready to give it a go. Once it was on our dog, I purposely told my boys to wrestle to get a “rise” out of the dog, which I knew it would.... she went right up to them and ::WOOF WOOF:: then, as expected the collar made a warning beep and gave the buzz to her neck. (NOT a shock, literally just a shaking/rattling of the ‘box’ attached to the collar strap.) AND VOILA!!!! She stopped in her tracks!!! She looked around like WHAT THE (bleep) WAS THAT!?! ..... and STOPPED BARKING. (I repeat she STOPPPPPED!!!!!!) OH GLORIOUS GOLDEN DAY SHE STOPPED!!!!! Fast forward 30 minutes later, I had my son ring the door bell.... two barks from Queen Ear Killer, then.... BEEP.... BUZZZZZZ.... (silence) [insert big smiling emoji HERE]!!!! Fast forward a few more minutes.... something else annoyed the princess and guess what!?!? Not a single bark, just a little whine from her throat!!!!! For which she was heavily rewarded with treats and rubs!!! Seriously you guys, I’m a boy mom, I’m always exhausted....Sleep is everything to me, but here I am, choosing to write this review instead of going to sleep!!!
