By design this is a supplement to aid in improving quality of life for someone that struggle(s) broadly with joint pain, or other like-minded pain points, and its also important to include that Glucosamine is a natural synthesized chemical that your body already makes, however, this is again to reiterate this is a supplement to fulfill deficiencies that users might have on the psychological level. The inclusion of the legal disclaimer is imperative with the distribution of medical products like this, as the side affects, or intake constraints will vary person to person ... From a brief usage standpoint, the pills possess no 'fishy odor' nor have I experienced any adverse side affects, with that being said though, I haven't experienced any substantial noted differences from consumption either, which could very well be due to the fact that our bodies need time to adjust to dietary intake as this appears to be the case early on. May potentially impact a long-term review should I take this supplement in full prior to assessing other options. Overall, I'd recommend the manufacturer to revise their labeling process and distributor as the labeling on the outside came with pre-fading, which smudged some of the more essential elements of the bottle. This could be due to how the bottle was shipped, or even that the material(s) used for the label itself need to be quality tested within an environment to see if this issue persists. Outside of this though, considering that you get a 4-5 month supply at 120 Count for one bottle, that is fairly great value compared to alternatives as seen within brick and mortar stores and hopefully for those that struggle with joint-pain this could be a nice supplement to aid you in improving your quality of life (if affected)!

The capsules in this preparation are easier to swallow than tablets that other companies offer.

You get a bottle containing 60 capsules of glucosamine sulphate at 500 mg. Recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day. The capsules tend to be quite large but for people who find it difficult to swallow large pills I suggest opening it up and emptying the contents into a cup of water/juice and drink it down. Glucosamine is supposed to strengthen the joints and bones. As we age our joints and bones deteriorate. I am a senior and I have been taking glucosamine supplements for years. I do feel that it does help strengthen my joints. As with all supplements you will not be able to experience any immediate results ... it takes time. I will continue to take these glucosamine supplements for a better and healthier me.

I purchased this supplement complex to help with joint and bone support and have been really happy with experience using it. It has great ingredients and has not caused any gut discomfort, which can sometimes happen with supplements. Very gentle and I do feel like it's really helping to support my joint. I've started incorporating this kind of supplement over the past few years and would highly recommend this to someone whether is proactive to support their joints or if they're dealing with any kind of joint pain or issues.

This Glucosamine seems to be okay stuff. I haven't taken that many yet, to determine if I feel it's working or not yet, but I will update this listing if it doesn't. I ordered this product because it comes in a 500mg pill. A lot of the ones available are only available in higher doses. I have tried higher doses that are in one pill and they are not suitable for me, so being able to have a 500mg dose might work out well. The pills are "larger" in terms of size, but not as large as the more "giant" type ones. I found it suitable to swallow without any issues. There is no "after-taste" that I can tell either. So, on those two points, it's very good. I do like that this particular one is Non-GMO, has no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners, no preservatives, no caffeine, no eggs, no fish, no gluten, no lactose, no milk, no peanuts, no sodium, no soy, no starch, no sugar, no calories and no yeast. Basically, it's just straight up glucosamine, without any added "junk." Overall, I would highly recommend this product.
