I was using pain meds for my mare because of her stiff joints. Started using this. Game changer! Great results and now she is running again!!

works well for long term anti-inflammatory treatment without a lot of side effects
Have used this off and on for years for treating a variety of injuries that resulted in inflammation as well as for arthritis and in conjunction with other treatments for EPM. Have always discussed the use of this product with the veterinarians before using it. Pros: Very palatable (horses will search it out and eat it first if I top dress their feed with it) After months of use no noticeable side effects ( no signs of common side effects that long term use of other anti-inflammatories often result in) It obviously keeps some levels of inflammation under control ( this is noticeable as in some cases stopping treatment results in swelling visibly returning) Cons: It isn't supposed to be used in pregnant or nursing mares.
