Tru Beauty came into my life unexpectedly. For the past few months, I have been dealing with dry ends and overall lifeless hair. My hair has been through it (not in a good way) as it has been bleached, color treated, and has heat applied to it 2-3 times per week. With that, I tried several different hacks and products to bring it back to life. This consisted of hair masks, Olapex treatments, and hair/skin supplements with no real results.Enter Tru Beauty- within the first two weeks, my hair has changed completely and for the better. It now has shine, body, and most importantly—I can brush it without a crazy amount of tangles or breakage.This product also impressed me by the taste and how easy it was to drink— it doesn’t leave a weird after taste and is very refreshing—especially while on ice. I highly recommended this product for anyone looking to invest in their hair's overall health.

For me, the taste is very chemical. The speed of getting item was awesome and the packaging is beautiful, however I can not drink this Product. I was expecting something refreshing with enhancing ingredients…. Nope not the case. I could not get through 1/4 of the can ☹️

The seltzer has a wonderful, refreshing raspberry flavor. I did enjoy it. But the aftertaste is weird to me. I think it's the Monk Fruit Extract or the Stevia Extract that doesn't agree with me. But overall, pretty good for only 25 calories and the beauty stuff.

Chill it it’s great taste

To make a healthy beverage (I mean it has Biotin, wow) taste delicious seems like a hard task. So it shouldn’t be a surprise that this was not a complete success. It is flat, tastes bland, and does not leave me wanting more.On the other hand though, it isn’t a terrible beverage. The slight raspberry tinge is decently detectable when you take a sip, and for something that isn’t full of sugar (1g), the slight fruity taste is still fulfilling for those who just need some form of sweetness. It’s nice. And when a beverage is healthy and you aren’t pouring it down the sink drain, I call that fairly worth trying.

Really love this drink! It’s super refreshing and not too sweet. I like that it has electrolytes and helps me feel rehydrated after a workout or a long day. Tastes clean and light — definitely my new go-to sparkling water
