WOLVERINE SD9611 Quiet P4 Cross Cut Shredder, 18-Sheet 60 Min Gray ETL

Appears well-made, easy to use, runs smooth and quiet, and gets the job done! The tapered feed in slot helps make feeding the paper in easier! However, I found that 15 sheets of letter size printing paper was the max it can handle without stalling! It stalls out shredding the advertised 18 sheets! If it lasts a decent amount of time, I will be satisfied and would buy another Wolverine shredder!

Love this shredder. Takes the abuse I dish out usually. Rarely jams, very powerful. Kinda pricey but totally worth it in my view. Not too hard to empty. Still running a year later with a lot of use.

I have been using this shredder for about a month and love it! Wish I had bought it years ago!! Shreds a lot quickly and quietly. Worth every penny.

I’ve purchased several shredders in the past year. This is by far the best shredder ever. It doesn’t get hot very fast, needing a long cool down period. This machine even survived shredding a half-dollar coin that was accidentally inserted. I get a lot of mail that has odd objects in the envelope and sometimes I miss an object or so. Previous shredders were destroyed after a coin got caught in the machine. This one does it’s job really well! Great product!

Works really well but isn't great at shredding credit cards. It does somewhat "chop" the cards but the pieces are rather large. We did shred credit cards in the slot where the paper goes instead of the credit card slot, hopefully this won't ruin the machine. For paper shredding we are really pleased. Very quiet, an added bonus!

I've had this for a while and it still works fine. not problems. I like the way it shreds the paper and credit cards.

So I don't really know what happened. I bought this, and I shredded a mostly full basket. It's a little on the loud side but not problematically so, and quiet for a heavy duty at least. Things seemed to go well. I went back to do a second batch today, and the shredding sensor has malfunctioned. If I try to put anything in on the sensor, it thinks it's jammed. If I lock it in forward, it'll shred things on either side, but if anything gets to the center, where the sensor is, it decides it's jammed. Unfortunately that means I can't shred full pages, which was my use case, so even though it works, it's useless. It's not actually jammed. I'm extremely frustrated with the low product quality and durability.

I love to write a great review when deserved. I put this shredder to the test and was amazed how fast it went. I had approximately 700 papers to shred and it was done in 45 min going non stop. It didn't overheat or smell. I am very happy with this purchase and I recommend to all. The best shredder I've ever owned in my small office.

Es una trituradora rápida y silenciosa, solo se oye el ruido del papel cuando se está destruyendo. Estamos muy contentos con la compra. Muy aconsejable. Ademas tiene unas ruedas muy prácticas para moverla sin esfuerzo.

Está bien, no tritura 18 páginas como dicen. Como máxima 10. Pero lo tritura todo finito, no hace demasiado ruido, aunque todavía no he hecho ratos largos.

Son seul défaut est la contenance du bac, pour tout les reste c’est un sans fautes. Aucuns problèmes pour détruire CD, CB et liasses de papier agrafés ou non, mêmes les trombones passent sans soucis.
