Question 1

Have ordered before and normally the conditioner has the seal on it and then wrapped in paper.  Has something changed?

Is the biodregradable shrink wrap mentioned brown paper ?...Also if this climate/melting scapegoat is a genuine reason...Why does the conditioner come that way while the shampoo does NOT. In addition, why is the shampoo more detailed and decorative as well as LARGER than the conditioner in volume by 20 grams....That is really not cool how the soap bars are individually $18 (shampoo: 100grams, conditioner: 80 grams) so whether u buy them as a set or individually you are getting less conditioner relative to shampoo as well as subsequently paying more for the conditioner or lack thereof relative to the shampoo. SO not only are they charging the same amount for the conditioner as the shampoo despite giving less conditioner price proportionately, they also are not detailing/decorating the conditioners unlike the shampoo which I must say is not clear at all in the product description./images

I absolutely love the smell but I had to quit using it due to my hair falling out. How often should it be used?

We are incredibly sorry to hear about your experience with our products! We are shocked this is happening because we've had a lot of great feedback in regards to people losing less hair after using our products. 
If you are willing to give it one more try, here are some tips that might help:
Comb/brush through your hair really well before getting into the shower.
Get as much lather from the shampoo in your palms/hands as possible and work the lather through your hair with your hands only. Try to not use the bar directly on your hair since your hair follicles might be fragile so the direct contact may be too aggressive even if you are being gentle.
Rinse with the coolest temperature of water you can handle.
Try the same steps (2 & 3) for the conditioner. You can also try holding your hair like a pony tail and from the section of where your hand is and below, gently rub the bar from where your hand to the ends of your hair. This will help prevent any "pulling" on your hair from the bar. (Does this make sense)
If this doesn't help the hair fall, we recommend to stop using our products immediately.

Why is the conditioner bar different looking in shape and design than the shampoo....? This leads me to believe that I did not get the proper...

It is the correct product. One is square one is round. Think about it's not in a bottle. So having different shapes you don't have to guess which one is which. They're making it easier for you   They are amazing you won't regret buying this product

What is the ph level? Hair ph is 3.5 - 4.5, the scalp is 5.5

Thanks for reaching out! Our shampoo product's pH level is around 5.0. Your skin has a natural pH of around 5.5 so we keep our bars as close as possible to your skins natural balance. One of the main things that will ruin your hair while using shampoo is when the pH level of your product is unbalanced or too high. Hair products need to have a pH level between 4.0 - 6.0. Many products on the market tend to lean more alkaline, 8.0 pH or higher. These products will dry out and eventually damage your hair long term.
