Is this product really good?

I used it to get mildew off my RV awning. It did a really good job but areas where it was a lot more mildew I had to also use a scrub brush. So, all-in-all it did a pretty good job.

Is this product really as good as advertised?

It did an outstanding job on mildew on our boat’s seats. We felt it lived up to the hype.

does this have a strong odor? do i need to keep the windows open while using it?

I usually don’t use any harsh chemicals when cleaning so to me, yes, strong odor but I opened a small bathroom window and blew a fan for a few hours and it cleared up quickly.
