Saw another review where they said this lotion was gritty because of the Epsom salts but didn't find that to be true. Love this one AND the one with 10% urea and 10% Alpha Hydroxy. My skin looks so much better

I don't know how I've gone my whole life without this! but I'm glad i found it especially now that i've got some eczema and extremely dry skin ( well I HAD dry skin....not anymore!!!) my skin is so smooth and supple, this is the ONLY thing that has cleared up my exzema about %80 and i've used every steroid cream (the strongest) I've even taken dangerous oral steroids! this got rid of the dry elbows after about 2 days they never came back...this is a miracle lotion! it really is! it's expensive but it's so worth it, and I feel safer using this than piling on lotions full of dangerous chemicals. I will be buying this all the time from now on, I couldn't imagine ever using anything else. People complain about the epsom salts...i don't mind it at all, I feel like it's doing extra for my skin, and they dissolve fairly fast as you rub it in, I think I will stick to the epsom salt one. UPDATE: I bought this a second time and I complained because it didn't feel the same and had a terrible smell! Also the bottle was different, but I jumped to conclusions, they actually explained in an answer to my question, that they ran out of bottles and couldn't get the synthetic lactic acid hence the smell but this lactic acid is actually better. I was going to send it back for a refund but cancelled, I appreciate them explaining it to me, and hope the next batch is the same as the 1st, because I still don't feel any Epsom salt, and although they state it's better (which I like) the smell is a little unbearable. Just wanted to explain in case this also happened to someone else, don't worry it's still good lotion, and I appreciate the honesty in this company. Will continue to buy

I have icthyosis all my life. This helps me a lot by using it every other day, and I use silicone gloves to exfoliate while shower everyday. it makes my dead skin all came off easily , no more build up. My skin looks normal and feels smooth now. You should definitely try it if you have icthyosis.

I bought this one because the other one without the Epsom Salt was out of stock. Dermal Therapy is great, it has helped me keep my skin smooth and hydrated. However, I do have an issue with the Epsom salt. I thought that it would be ground up finely and infused into the lotion, but it is not. Now it is not grimy like a scrub, not at all, but it's like when you take a shower after being at the beach and have like 5 specks of sand on your legs...you'll definitely feel it. I love Dermal Therapy but after I finish this bottle, I will be returning to the one I usually buy.

I'm only on my third day using it for my dry, scaly skin. I am giving it 4 stars because It is very moisturizing and lasts all day. The only con is that is very sticky and when the day is humid, it really doesn't feel pleasant. The scaly skin is less noticeable. I'm hoping it disappears a lot more. I'm only using it at night before bed. Make sure to wear sunscreen after using it. I'll give it 5 once I see a significant change.
