Good, dependable pencil lead
Pentel pencil lead seems to be the best for me - most consistent from package to package, doesn't break as easily as other brands. Only complaint was that the pencil container is hard to open. I have to struggle to get it open every time I want to get a lead out.

Pencil refill
My 10 year old likes to use these because she wants a pointy pencil when doing school work. I think she pushes too hard & they break frequently. I think the thicker style would work better for her, but this is the size we need for the pencils we have. She is happy with the product.Smooth writing & a great storage container for the addition pieces.
