Do you know where I can find refills? It's become increasingly difficult to find them for this size.

You can find them through this retailer by searching "Scotch Sure Start Packaging Tape, 1.88 Inches x 900 Inches, 1 1/2 inch core (6-Pack)". Thanks for asking!

Hi, will this tape stay in the housing and also, does this tape tear easliy? i have bad luck with pt and i need strong, no tear, tape. thanks!

This is very strong tape. Its like ten times better than scotch tape. I use it for packing packages but you can use it for anything. I also use scotch packing tape. This one is the strongest though. If I get it on my hand , it's hard to tear off. You will never have to worry about this tape not sticking. Hope this helps you out.
