Is there anyway I can get the rubber cap on the end I lost mine?

Do a search for Streamlight parts. I have purchased replacements for other stili from their manufacturers.

So does this actually work like a touch screen stylus also? Or is stylus just the name of the light?

NO SIR, IT IS NOT LIKE A TOUCH SCREEN. THERE IS A SOFT PUSH BUTTON ON OPPOSITE END OF LIGHT. MY HUBBY USES THESE LIGHTS FOR HIS SMALL ENGINE REPAIR AS THE LIGHT IS BRIGHT AND CAN SHINE INTO SMALL AREAS. STYLUS IS TYPE OF STREAMLIGHT. V ERY SATISFIED WITH THIS LIGHT.

My son wants this to point at stars in the night sky. Will it work for this application?

I found out by mistake I ordered this thinking it was a laser. This led is useless for pointing to the stars. You need a green laser!
