Q: Why is the tommy hilfiger white jacket xlarge $57 dollars and the large is $99? It seems as false advertising

I purchased this jacket in black size medium. I paid $59.99. Pricing does seem inconsistent. Sometimes it will vary based on sizing demand (more people want size large so they jack up the price) or different sellers, but $99 seems way too high to Me.

Q: Will this jacket be useful in inclement weather when the temperature is below 40F with heavy winds?

This jacket is very lightweight. Very comfy, casual, cute but lightweight. It would hold up well with layers underneath without winds in 40 degree weather. I don't think it will keep you warm enough with heavy winds because it's too thin. I have this jacket in both navy and white.

Q: Up to what minimum temperature ?

I'd say this jacket wouldn't be good for any temperature below freezing.
