Fully functional, needs a bit of adhesive
I used this to mount a baseball mitt in a display box. The mount comes flat packed in 2 pieces, the stand and the mount. The two pieces fit loosely together, so don't expect to assemble and mount-- you'll need to adhere the mount to the base. I tried Gorilla glue but it didn't work, so landed up securing them together with mounting tape in the display box. This worked for me as the base of the mount isn't visible in the display box.For those that will have the mount fully visible, you will need to find a clear adhesive to glue the pieces together.

Waste of time and cheaply made
This is a waste of time. The product is cheaply made will not fit in the grooves.
