Pop up drain doesn’t go down when in the sink. Anybody else have this issue?

No issue at all on mine. I had it professionally installed.

Anyone have a problem with the gold never looking clean or having dark finger marks?

I haven’t had an issue with it changing colors. But I tend to wipe down my faucet and sink top after each use. I love Thais Ryle sink that I got a second one for another home.

Upon opening, one handle is chipped on the front. How can I receive a new handle?

Why black hoses are stiff and bends and water won’t come out in cold and a little in the hot?

Please make sure installation distance won't exceed 16 inches from hot to cold handle, otherwise quick black hose will be pulled out of shape. For 16-38 inches widespread, please change the quick connect hoses by seaching B07YZ1TQ3W on Amazon.

Beautiful matte black addition, excellent quality to our new bathroom reno

I can’t speak for how easy or not it was to install as our builders did that but it looks great. The plug cap is plastic which I didn’t know/like when I saw it but once installed it made no different and feels smooth and durable. Delivery was fast and the look is exactly what we were going for to have some mixed metals in the bathroom with matte black accents and polished chrome. The mirror is from Amazon too Arcus Home Black Arched mirror
