Love these bread crumbs. The only ones I have found before had crumbs that were too big. I like these because they cover better, taste better and stick better. They have a nice crunchy texture as well.

Wife is gluten free and prefers this over others.

The best GF breadcrumbs

The texture is pretty good, I use it to make GF Katsu. I bake them instead of fry. I add garlic powder, salt & pepper to the panko for more flavor. Spray both sides with avo oil and make some good katsu strips. Yum! Just cause you have Celiac doesn't mean you can't have katsu! I also use it to make Italian meatballs :-)

I use these gluten-free breadcrumbs in various recipes as a substitute for bread or crackers. They work very well in turkey patties, and meatballs. Also as a breading for chicken or fish that is baked.

Received item, however never got to try them as Amazon packaged the thin plastic container in a brown paper type bag, which the item was received damaged and contaminated (unusable). Obviously the item inside the thin bag was crushed. A shipping box should have been used with packing material for this delicate item. Could not find another forum to post this issue on Amazon.

Highly suggest! Stuck nicely to my chicken after dredging it in GF flour and egg. Cooking it was lovely too. Pan fried in a little olive oil and came out just like the non GF ones I made. 10/10.

I got the panko for my daughter who is gluten intolerant. The product itself is fine, but my only complaint is that one of the containers was opened and I had to throw it away.
