Prodotto non funzionante e il venditore non vuole sostituirmelo in garanzia
Il prodotto non funziona, TP-Link mi ha detto di chiedere la sostituzione al venditore che però mi rifiuta la sostituzione perchè dopo 30 giorni non può fare il reso. Il fatto è io non voglio fare un reso ma richiedo la sostituzione di un prodotto non funzionante nel periodo di garanzia (2 anni e io ho acquistato il prodotto un mese e mazzo fa) e non fare un reso!

Fast and very reliable are you recommended
Give me a good Wi-Fi signal and very fast and the ability to have poe through it, is very useful as you can connect up things like p o e cameras, and another plus is allegedly the Chinese government can spyit so if ever breaks hopefully they will send me to replacement straight away

Great quality and easy to setup (with a PoE switch)
Awesome product, I needed a thin profile access point in my garden office qhich is about 100 feet away from my home.. this does the job - straightforward to setup and you will need a PoE Switch. Now I have 1gbps internet speed (wired) and 800 mbps on wifi =)

Improved wi-fi and easy to configure.
Purchased this access point to replace a Netgear WAC 120, which worked fine on 2.4Ghz but suffered slow speeds on the 5GHz ac band. The TP Link unit fixed the issue and we now haves speed parity. The TP Link unit also comes with a handy user interface app, Omada, which allows you to configure the unit, set SSIDs etc from your phone, ipad or pc (the previous Netgear unit had to be connected to the pc via ethernet, which was a faff). I also purchased a TP Link 5 port PoE switch to provide power, and free up a plug socket. Performance had been seamless since install.

Poor reliability and quality
Operated in standalone mode for just over 3 months successfully and then started experiencing random client disconnection issues. Upgraded to the latest firmware and then no clients were able to connect to the network at all. For all clients they recieved a dhcp lease from the server but were unable to resolve network addresses or connect to the internet. Technical problems only started occuring after upgrade to the latest firmware. Tried other firmware versions with the same issue. I replaced the WAP with a different home WAP without any issues.
