Get it!!
If you have little ones and you have plans but need to keep them close, this is the perfect product for you. We took our boys to NYC for the first time and my oldest (who’s 6) still had his freedom but stayed connected to us the entire time. Not only did it give myself and my husband a piece of mind - but he felt safe as well and we could enjoy our time without going nuts trying to make sure he was still with us. Lots of sick and crazy people in the world too and this just makes sense especially in a high traffic/congested environment. Best $10 we spent on this trip! It’s also not “leashy” looking - just looks like we’re staying connected and safe :)

Excellent product, very useful and safe
I loved this security link. It is comfortable to wear for both adults and children, thanks to the soft padding on the wrists. The elastic cable is resistant and of good quality, which gives me a lot of peace of mind in crowded places. The length is perfect to give the child freedom without losing control. In addition, the blue color is beautiful and easy to see. I recommend it 100% for parents who want more security when going out!

Locked
The best thing I had for my son. He hated it but I loved it ! Especially when he first started walking and didn’t want to hold my hand. He felt more independent with this on until he started realizing he was still connected 😂 I took it everywhere ! Even doctors appointments. SAFE , does its job, fit my premie baby , and it was blue (which turns out to be his favorite color now)😂

Has been useful
I've never used anything like this before so I cannot compare it with any other product. It has been useful and serves the purpose of keeping my toddler close and not having me run chasing him down when I need both hands in populated areas, like when paying for groceries at the store. The cuffs are soft and comfortable on the inside, my toddler has never had any redness or complaints when wearing it even when he pulls on it. It might be tricky to get it on if your toddler is being fuzzy about it (because of the double strap system, which is great), but negotiation and sometimes just pure sleight of hand can get it on quickly. My toddler hates to be inside the cart when shopping so he wears it gladly if it gets him to walk around "freely". The link extends long enough that they don't feel restrained. He still likes to hold my hand most of the time, so that also makes it easier on the rare occasions he wants to stray a little. I am satisfied with this purchase and plan to use the link in many more instances that I know will present to me now that I have a curious, apparently future Olympic runner little toddler.

Perfect for toddlers!
I love this for my little boy. This is the first time I’ve tried a safety device like this. It’s extremely durable, the wrist cuffs are adjustable to fit the wrist (even my toddler who has a very small wrist). It’s small and easy to pack. I bought the smallest length and still works great for him to roam freely, close to me!

Works great!
My son is a few months away from being 3 yrs old and just started running off outside recently. After I happened right next to Walmart parking lot that's when I decided to look for a tool that could help. What happened was, usually I carry my 5m old in a baby carrier and that way I'm able to get my toddler in his carseat first but I was running into a lil store real quick in n out and just carried my baby and held Noah's hand. Well then I had to get baby in his carseat 1st, told noah put his hands on the car, he did, as soon as I leaned in to set baby down... Noah took off running. Scared the crap out of me. Then we have a long driveway but he keeps taking off running getting closer to the Rd, he always stop way before the Rd but he laughs n laughs and is just testing me. I try talking to him n stuff but he just doesn't understand he laughs n laughs (he did same in the parking lot). Tho we've only used this once and on a family walk so I had the baby in the carrier & daddy wore the wrist thing with noah, it worked great. it was Noah's first time usually I push him in stroller & wear baby, was happy daddy could come along for our first time to try it out n see how noah did with it--- noah got upset within a couple mins so mike put noah on his shoulders bc noah wanted it off so he could take off running. He enjoyed being on shoulders but he is very independent and we told him he couldn't walk unless he wore it and then finally he did that and he did great. Of course walking across the street or whatever we hold his hand even while wearing but I know without it he would've ran everywhere all around and with it he walked right with us (wasn't by any roads r anything or would've been holding his hand anyway so wasn't a risk area). It feels really nice, I have practiced with noah around the house myself and I really like it and the way it works and I don't see how it could come apart at all !!! Great little tool for momma very happy !

Ok
Worked well but my toddler was able to unstrap and remove so it kinda defeats the purpose

Extremely secure!
This is surprisingly well made. The cuffs are comfortable (even when pulled hard), and there are layers of Velcro to secure the child’s cuff. The wire inside looks and feels very strong, I had originally expected it to be able to be cut but I don’t think it can (though I haven’t tried). My kid (5) LOVES testing this with me. We’ve pulled our hardest, it’s really surprisingly strong (and doesn’t hurt either of our wrists). I have full confidence in using this in a crowd. I bought this for an international trip as we would be going to busy places and kiddo gets distracted. I kept it in my purse everywhere but never felt the need to use it. We’ll be traveling again soon and plan on taking it…even though we haven’t used it, it’s nice to know it’s there should we need it.

If I could give this a 0 I would. Had ti contact amazon because after 1 use the padding was not protecting my son, it wasn't in tight at all as my partner could get two fingers under the strap whilst it was on his wrist, he strap has cut his wrist in numerous places. Sending the item back!!

Would recommend - so easy to use, only takes 1 minute to put on before heading out! These are a really good alternative to standard reins and backpack reins. I've been using these for a year with my 2 year old now. Just strap the big wristband around the adult and the small wristband around the child and that's it! It puts my mind at ease knowing he can't run off into the road when walking but the lead is still a good length that he has his own space when walking. And also knowing he can't run off out of sight or for anyone else to grab him as he is attached to me via the lead. He's never fussed about wearing them but if your child does fuss, you can easily tuck the wristband under their jacket/coat/long sleeve top and they will quite quickly forget that they are wearing it!
