Very adult review- skip if you aren't prepared.... I bought this for a dual purpose: 1. The intended purpose 2. Ride-on toy First purpose is actually somewhat disappointing because I imagined it being as big as the peanut balls in birthing rooms. Sadly it's not even close! However it is big enough to suit most of my workouts and was easy to fill and setup. Plus the price just can't be beat! I purchased it at $12 approximately in black color to match my other home equipment. Second purpose it REALLY PERFORMS! The center is perfectly smooth so anything with a suction cup sticks like the dickens. Also nice for grinding with lube because there's none of those ridges (like at the ends) that would cause discomfort. The amount of give and bounce makes it really easy to get a good motion going, as well. I am fairly short at 5'3", 125 lbs, and while sitting on this peanut ball my legs are bent exactly 90 degrees at the knee so it provides the perfect-height surface for crouching or squatting or bouncing or grinding.on. If you are taller than me by a lot, you would not get quite the same effect I'm sure. On reccomendation of my son’s PT, we purchased a peanut ball. Not only does it help with core strengthening but it’s FUN! He loves to sit on it and bounce while he’s watching TV. It’s so much fun in fact that i had to purchase a second one to keep both of my kids from fighting over it! It arrived quickly and is very simple to inflate. It gets a lot of abuse from the kids and is holding up like a champ. Great product.

The peanut is just what I expected. My arms and hands got a bit worn out inflating it. While the peanut seems ok there is a problem with the pump. Before I finished inflating it I was getting puffed with air. The pump it self seems pretty flimsy, even in the picture online, so I wasn't expecting much. There's a coiled wire inside the bellows of the too thin plastic pump. You can actually see it. I think the wire punctured the plastic, which given its thinness wasn't a surprise. Thankfully I did get it inflated. The instructions tell you not to use an automatic pump so you're stuck with the one that comes with the peanut. Although I think you could use an automatic one up to a point and then finish it off with the manual that comes with the peanut. To be fair all the peanuts I looked at online seemed to have the same pump so that shouldn't necessarily be a factor in your decision making. Thank you,RM.

This is a great product. It is solid and perfect for my needs. It is a peanut. The pump could be better quality but what do you expect....the thing in its entirety costs $11. At that price I was honestly surprised it even came with a pump. It has a lifetime warranty and is easy to inflate. Yes, it does take a while with included pump, but again....ITS $11! I bought it for,using to stretch my back and to bounce on to help keep a fussy baby quiet but I can easily see how it could be used as Heather spees stated. Very pleased customer here.

Bought it for my goodest boi. He loves big exercise balls, but the never last line than 5min. This peanut though is holding up pretty good. Lots of fun chasing it, and gets my husky's exercise in very quick. He is excited every time he sees me bringing it out.

I bought this peanut ball for getting ready for labour as well as so I would guaranteed have one for the hospital and I am so impressed with it for the price. The size is great. Immediately it offered relief to me at 35 weeks pregnant from lower back and hip pain - I used it for two hours the first night I tried it. It’s very durable. I’m a size 24 so definitely plus sized and I have been bouncing on it and me and my toddler were bouncing on it together pretending it was a horse without issue. No leaking so far and it’s been used a lot over the past couple days. My toddlers also really enjoy it. I can see it being very useful for my sons occupational therapy afterwards because they both love throwing it and rolling on it. It’s big enough to feel like “heavy work” for those looking for it in regards to occupational therapy. Very happy with my purchase, I hope it is helpful for labour.

I’ve had this for 2 months, ready to take to the hospital. I’ve just checked it to make sure it inflates and there is no valve!!! And I can’t complain, refund or get the extra part bcoz it’s past a month. Bloody ridiculous!

I bought this to replace a peanut my 9 year old daughter lovingly annihilated with her galaxy-fueled never-ending bolts of pure, uncontrolled, kinetic energy. IT was noticeably THINNER than my previous peanut, and our other balls, so when we inflated it, it ended up to be a few inches bigger than the rated dimensions all around (because we wanted the same level of PRESSURE as before). Having said that, it's been about a month and it's held up totally fine with our exercises, and the previously mentioned regular kinetic energy abuse. Actually, we like that it's bigger than our last one, even though the rated dimensions were the same. And it comes with a pump that actually WORKS. That's a first.
