It's ketones without any added crap, The real deal. It's going to taste awful, because that's what ketones taste like. Holding off on 5 stars until I've been on it longer. But so far it has definitely suppressed my appetite. Unfortunately usually my binges are due to my mouth being hungry instead of my stomach 😕. I have noticed that I don't crave sweets or carbs as much. Now if I can just control my protein cravings! I've also noticed that I don't have any symptoms of the dreaded Keto Flu. A coworker of mine did Keto earlier in the year and suffered horribly but didn't use any supplements. Due to some of the reviews about bathroom issues, I started with half a scoop. Over the last few days I have gotten to where I am doing one scoop up to 3 times a day. No stomach upset yet. I have just started trying to do keto, and have had trouble mostly with keeping my proteins down. But once I started doing one and a 1/2 to 2 scoops a day I'm starting to show anywhere from trace to 4 on the ketone strips within an hour. I am not as crazy strict as some people are, and I'm still adapting to the changes. But I can tell when I have taken the salts that with in an hour ketone start showing up on the test. I'm not currently working so I can't tell for sure that my mental clarity is better, but even with allergy pills I've managed to hold off not napping and that's a good thing.😂 As far as taste goes, I have been putting it into a full bottle of water and it tastes pretty much like Seltzer water without the fizzies. If I add a packet of Crystal Light, I can barely detect it. It reminds me of gatorade in flavor. I will try to remember to come back and update my review after I've been on it for a while longer. It is what it says it is. Noone will ever leave a review saying they ejoy the flavor 😆 I mix mine with 1oz of apple cider vinegar and 10oz water. Just slam it down and get it over with! No keto flu, have lost 5lbs in 5 days

It really tastes horrible. It does help with ketosis I think, but it is getting harder and harder to force myself to drink it.

I've been on a ketogenic diet for two years, but I've also been through a period of high stress that's recently getting better, but was also temporarily on a blood pressure medicine and an SSRI til the stress passed. I suspect they've both been affecting my ability to get into ketosis. My wife has been interested in eating ketogenic as well, but hasn't had the energy to make a huge diet change, so based on my research, I thought this might help as a bridge - help her feel better enough til she can make some diet changes. I tried it myself first and did notice an exceptional boost in energy right away. I've also noticed that during days that I would normally struggle with a low mood, like rainy overcast days, it's been a huge boost. I've also verified that it boosts my breath ketones (measured with a Ketonix meter) well beyond where I've been able to get through diet alone lately. My wife is also picky about taste - it helps that it's unflavored. The salts actually seem to taste best with diet sodas. She likes it with Diet A&W Root Beer, I think it's tasted best either with Zevia Cherry Cola (Stevia sweetened) or Diet Sun Drop and a little heavy cream. I've also mixed it with LaCroix. If you need a boost or some help getting into ketosis for some reason, or you're going through medical treatment that requires high BHB in the blood, then this is the best deal I've found.
