I like this cane I get tired of walking and I can just sit down and rest. It is nice and sturdy.

I love going to concerts. I don't love standing for 4 hours (or more). Product was as advertised, easy to assemble, easy to carry. I had no problem getting through security at the venue. It was super convenient being able to sit whenever I wanted (watching the bands, in line for food). It felt really stable and was easy to fold up, when I wanted to. I'll add a wrist strap for future shows. Highly recommend.

I like it. A little different sitting with the post in the middle, but okay, no skirts. I like the rocking motion allowed by the three legs. The seat is small, but feels sturdier than it appears. Assembly is easy. Flashlight is cool. Unfortunately, if I get tired and lean too much on it, the seat starts to come out and I lose some of the stability. Would like a locking mechanism like my broom and pan or pooper scooper has. I used it the other day and my grandmother liked it so much, I left it with her. So I guess I will be ordering another.

Light and looks very durable. It is nice to have to keep from standing long periods of time.

I used this once. At 430lbs at the time (it was months ago.. but it traumatized me horribly) I bought it in hopes of doing more with my kids. (Last fall 2023) On my very first outing with severe sciatica and back issues so frequent sitting is necessary as is cane to stabilize walking.. On about the third sitting the longest bar snapped right off when I sat on the stool! I came crashing down and bruised my leg up. AND I then had no cane to make my way home in the chaos it got thrown away (clearly unrepairable) and had to get help to get home. Out of $50, my optimism to get more mobile, and my ability to relax .. It was an awful humiliating day. Until last weekend (April 12th 2024) I didn't do ANY social events because the embarrassment was SO hard for me to recover from... And only it was with the wheelchair my doctor prescribed. I was under max capacity though. There is NO reason that bar should have snapped on first use. Buyer beware! The strength of the weight bearing leg, or the max capacity HAVE to be changed! I worry so much! Someone IS going to get hurt! Ne careful!

Just as described, I'd say it's worth the money.

This item was bought as a gift for a friend, recovering from surgery, temporarily unable to stand for any length of time. He was told to take walks for physical therapy. I'm estimating his weight to be 200-220,. tall, lanky build. He was only walking during the day with a walker. This gave him a chance to graduate to a cane. When I gave him the cane he tried the light and was excited that it was bright and he could go out after dark. However, on the first outing the light failed. I'm very disappointed about that. On the plus side, the cane/seat isn't too heavy for him and has been able to support him. He said that his walks are mostly in a park where there is a sidewalk. He doesn't plan to use it on the grass and said he doesn't think it would work well on uneven or soft surfaces. He's surprised at how comfortable it is. When seated you'll be facing the reverse of how you sit in a regular chair. In other words, not turning and sitting down. but facing into it. The easiest way to get seated is to slide it between the legs rather than swinging one leg over. My friend has the ability to manage getting on and off without help but someone who is handicapped, my opinion, may need assistance. Place hands on the handle kind of like riding a scooter when you sit.

Bought this for my 80something mother to use when we go to art fairs. She tried it for less than 10 seconds and said NO. She has an existing cane she has used for more than a year is unwilling to give it up. NEW IS BAD! I tried this folding cane and loved it. Easy to use, adjustable and very stable, so I'm not sending it back. Instead, I am donating it to a local nursing home.

If you like to walk, but might need a rest, these are perfect. They are light, strong, adjustable for height, and generally a good companion for those of us that might need a little rest before our return. If you sit on them properly, the handle offers a little assistance to standing up again, and in a pinch, they make a pretty neat little table for your lunch or a drink in a motel or when you have a bench to sit on.
