Very happy with the size and quality. It is slightly big on my 25/26lb cockapoo but she seemed very comfortable in it. Very happy with the extra storage areas too. This one will go in my car and her old tight one will go in her dads- they’re great to have in the car in an emergency! We hit a deer once in a car that we were in with friends so I didn’t have her backpack and I had to hold her for over an hour (highway and glass was not safe to put her down even on a leash)

物自体はしっかりしていて、犬への負担や不安を軽減する作りになっているのはさすが犬専用のリュックサックという感じです。 オートバイや自転車に乗る人や抱っこ散歩をする人、とにかく愛犬と一緒に出かけたい！という人にはオススメです。 他にもペット可のお店に入る時にペットカートだと大人しく出来ないけど、抱っこなら大丈夫な犬なら落ち着いてゆっくりと見て回れるので便利だと思います。 ↓柴犬の飼い主のために↓ 体重8.6kg生後8ヶ月の柴犬 首から尻尾までの丈推定45cm 胴回り推定60cm 現時点では丈が足りなくて手を出す位置が少し高く感じるので、ブランケットを詰めて高さ調整をしてます。 胴回りはまだまだ余裕があります。体感で体重が11kgぐらいでパツパツになりそうな気がします。 うちは柴犬の中でも小柄なので、成犬の頃には体重10kg以下で成長が止まりMサイズがピッタリになっていると予想しています。 愛犬の採寸は前提ですが ざっくり体感目安で体重11kg以上の柴犬はknavigateのLサイズを選択して、専用のブースターブロック等を別途購入し丈を調整してあげた方がいいかと思います。 丈も胴回りも大きかったらある程度調整が効くけど小さかったらそもそもリュックに入らないので… リュックに入れる時は大人しく伏せをしてくれるわけもなく、抱えて頑張って入れていますw 脚さえ曲げてくれればすんなり入りますが、どうせなら大人しく入れるように根気よくトレーニングした方がいいかと。 そして夏は人も犬も暑いです。

We purchased this as our 11yr old border is still full of beans but can’t go the distances he used to when we are on our bikes. We started by letting him sniff the bag all over and with one of us putting it on and then gently placing him in the bag while the wearer is wearing the bag securely and sat down. We thought our boy may wriggle a bit, but he sat in it happily first time and enjoyed being walked around the garden to view it in a new perspective- high up! He was thoroughly contented. We did this a few times. Each time, he was happy as Larry. We did exactly the same with ‘his dad’ being ready on the bike. Bag on first, then gently putting him in, placing his paws through the paw holes, zipping up carefully and securing the clips for comfort and security, then off we all went (me on my bike following) we went a short distance and he just absolutely loved it. We go for miles now and he gets to enjoy the destinations (beach/forest etc. for a couple of hours) then he looks forward to a lovely lift home. He has monitored health issues which means his will is there and exercise is still good and essential, but he can’t over do it, so we use it for getting to places he loves. It also means that we all get to be together for days out. We can cover great distances on our bikes but we always make stops and this bag is so simple in allowing you to do that. A zip and two clips and away you go. This bag is for him after all, so it had to right. Sometimes we start with him doing all his walking, scenting and chasing and then pop him in when we know he’s exceeded his quota and other times we use it straight away, but only because he’s very happy with either. We’re sure he would’ve been a lot more wriggly a few years ago and we would only have used it after he’d released his beans and if we knew we were going to cover a great distance. I have read worrying views on these bags in general, from people with the wrong mentality. This is not ever to be used instead of exercise, unless your dog has very limited mobility and even then, it is only to be used as an aid in the quality of life for your dog. Border terriers (along with many other breeds) have an insurmountable amount of energy and endurance. They can go on and on. Know your dog/puppy/senior/health issues etc. Be informed, use gently, carefully and wisely. A dog must scent, meet and greet and do all the wonderful things a dog needs to do. These bags are an aid and support to their lives. Some reasons but not limited to for having one of these bags in your life: Puppies before vaccination to socialise off ground or to use when puppy bones are still strengthening and have had a lovely but not overdone walkies. Intermittent use for extensive walks, hikes, cycling journeys. For detachment issues, for holidaying when you need your dog with you at all times. You’re not restricted to how long you go out for. Senior mobility issues, you don’t always have to leave them at home (using your knowledge of you dog of course. They, like us, need some down/quiet time, but if there’s also an option for them to come out with you, then that’s great for them and you) health issues, same again, depending on what issues they are, you now have the option for them to be by your side and let them out in new places, rather than not taking them at all. It means they don’t only get to go out in the garden or up the road because that’s all they can manage, it gives them new stimulation and lease of life. Dogs love to be with you and vice versa. This bag when used thoughtfully, accordingly, sensibly and to your dog’s individual needs/issues etc..is a gift. We are absolutely over the moon with this addition to all our lives. The quality of this bag, material, ventilation, fixings and simplicity of is brilliant and reflected in the price. Never use a standard rucksack! This is specifically built for it’s purpose; your beloved, hairiest family member❤️. It gets full marks from us. If you have a particularity hyper, wriggly breed, do think carefully before you buy. It’s not for every fur baby. Make sure, whatever you have or do, that they’re given the time they need to get used to it and are very comfortable before you go out and about.

My 11lbs Pomeranian loves the outdoor and this bag is perfect for her when going through rougher or more steep terrain and we have to carry her for safety. This is a great day hike backpack (approx. 5 hours), there is enough room to store treats, food and water plus things for us too.
