Geyser is very good and working fine till now..It was purchased in Oct 2025... All good..

I bought the Longway Superb 25L geyser on September 13 and have since regretted every bit of that decision. Within days, the geyser began overheating dangerously - the water from the tap was literally burning. What followed was a customer-service nightmare that exposes how this reckless company operates. Customer care is a façade. No one answers the helpline. You get a WhatsApp link to “register” your complaint and are left chasing replies. When a representative finally called, she said that overheating isn’t their problem because the geyser is “working.” After escalation, she admitted the thermostat was defective and she will courier the revised part free of cost. She insisted I pay ₹250 extra for a “return valve,” claiming this model isn’t meant for high-rises - a fact nowhere mentioned in the listing. She also warned me not to use the geyser as it could be hazardous. I complied. They sent only the thermostat and then asked me to show part unboxing video to prove that I was not lying! It’s been three weeks and I was told to arrange the installation of thermostat myself and that they will not send any service person! The ₹250 I paid is gone, the geyser is still unsafe, and no one from the company has bothered to follow up. I even emailed the Co-Founder of Longway, hoping that a senior leader would uphold some sense of ethics and ownership. Instead, complete silence. No acknowledgment, no apology, no resolution. This isn’t about ₹250 or ₹3,700 - it’s about basic honesty and business ethics. The way Longway treats its customers is unacceptable. Their products are unsafe, their staff are untrained, and management indifferent. Avoid this brand at all costs. Spend a little more on a reliable company that values your safety and time. Longway’s idea of “after-sales service” ends the moment you make the payment.

I bought the Longway 15L Electric Geyser on Amazon. It stopped working within about 5–6 months. Since it was under warranty, I filed a complaint with the company. After a week, a technician came, said the “coil is damaged,” and took ₹350 as a service charge. Another 15 days later, the company called and informed me, “The service is free, but you have to pay for the spare parts.” When I asked, “Why should I pay for spare parts even though it is under warranty?” they replied, “The warranty does not apply to hard Water.” In the end, I had to pay and get it repaired. I was very disappointed with this service. Saying there is a warranty and then later saying the main parts are not covered creates confusion for customers. Based on my personal experience, think carefully before buying this product. Please check the warranty terms thoroughly. I am sharing this review so that no other customer has to go through a similar experience.
