Water leaks if bottle is tilted and straw keeps falling down after one month of use. The print is also getting chip off.

I've been using this product over a year now..it's a very good product..love the design..no spillage..good suction..the right size..travel friendly..and it has survived every time it has been thrown around..the only problem i find with it is cleaning, where you need to spend a good 10 to 15 minutes to clean every nook and corner, since there are many removable parts
