Depends on your wrist/bone size. I would say s/m without the extension. However the extension is great and comfortable up to larger wrists with extra movement

Is this gold plated over sterling silver?

It all depends on the description however the one I purchased recently is gold plated you can tell as it has a different shine than Sterling Silver.

Are the beads hollow or solid?

I can not recall. I know I love the bracelet and I would love to buy a matching necklace
