The compressed powder in the mirror compact quickly turned to dust. it was stored at room temperature in my home so I am unsure why this happened. I meant to ask for a replacement or refund but I had forgotten to within the timeframe that I thought would be allowed. I liked the product otherwise except for that, and the compact is pretty hard to open as well. The stick works well and the brush is great. The bag is also perfect. I just wish the compressed powder would have stayed compressed rather than falling apart and getting all over me my clothing and my bathroom as it was difficult to clean up.

Purchased for a friend who has some slight skin discoloration. when the item arrived, the powder is all in the packaging and no longer in the container. it has fallen out of the container entirely. it is not longer portable
