I really hoped this would be a good case for my iPhone 13 Pro. The case is very attractive however the bevel around the lenses barely covers the enlarged lenses of the new iPhone 13. Now for the disappointing part - the location of the buttons on the case do not line up with those on the phone. Especially noticeable on the volume side of the phone. Looks like I’ll be getting another case.

I’ve used Case-Mate cases for years. They are well made and very durable. I expect this one to be the same.I do have a few issues with this case. As with the last few I’ve purchased from them, what the pictures show and the reality are 2 different things. In the picture, the color/shimmer is silver based but it really is gold based. It’s not terrible, but the silver is why I purchased it so I’m a bit disappointed.The other issue for me is the shape of the case. The last 2 iPhones I had had rounded edges so the cases were rounded. To me, this was extremely comfortable to hold. This phone has a straight edge and the case is also straight on the edges. I find it extremely boxy to look at but more importantly, find that it is not as comfortable to grip. I have to make a conscious effort to get a good grip when I pick it up as I’ve dropped it more times in the last few days than in the last year with my old rounded Case-Mate case.And just an observation, the side buttons on this case are bigger (which isn’t a problem) but they also stick out more which means that when I pick up the phone and squeezing to get that good grip, I’m pressing the buttons and taking frequent accidental screen shots.

I’ve bought several Case Mate phone cases over the years and they never disappoint! They last forever and keep my phone protected, not to mention they are some of the prettiest cases you can find! I just love the look of this gold glitter vibe against the blue background of my new phone. Just what I was hoping for! 💛

The media could not be loaded.  This casemate “twinkle” iphone 13 pro max case is so beautiful. The case looks iridescent on a light background (the box) & gold on a darker background (the table). So keep that in mind with whichever color phone you have. I have silver but unfortunately it’s on back order. I’ll try and remember to update review with a photo of my phone in case. Case does feel sturdy and buttons feel nice. I’ve had CASEMATE cases before and the drop protection has always been great. Glad I was able to catch this case on sale! Came very quickly as well. I was very excited to get this in the mail, as it looks very stylish, supposed to be protective, and my first Case-Mate case.The minute I opened the package, I knew it was going to be returned because it's a HARD shell - not soft - and it felt uncomfortable to hold for any period of time. The colors of the case are also just okay, not as dazzling in person as one would expect.Sent it back right away. Disappointed.

I ordered the 13 Pro Max case on Sept 28 , it came 5 days later , and it was a 12 Pro Max’s case , called for a replacement , took over 10 days , it says for 13 Pro Max/ 12 Pro Max , out of curiosity , I compared both cases , they’re identical , the trick is , they made all the buttons larger by, so they fit both the 12 & the 13 , but I have no problem at using it , I sent the other case back to Amazon , but had I known that they are the same , I wouldn’t had to wait 10 days for it .

This is a very misleading listing - the case received states clearly on the box that it is for an iphone -12- mini [NOT the iphone 13 in the primary description]. There are differences in the camera so the correct case is needed. When I searched on the official CaseMate site [which I should have done before ordering, lesson learned], they do not have this style available for the iphone 13. Returning and disappointed in false information.

Absolutely beautiful. Subtly sparkly and complements the matte finish of the phone. Case fits well and the raised edges offer the edges of the phone that extra protection. Only small downside is that although the case fits super snuggly around the phone its less so around the buttons but I’m assuming that’s it’s so that the buttons can be easily pressed. On the whole I feel like my phone is protected and I love it.

Loved this case when it first arrived, so sparkly and pretty but unfortunately it scratched really easily on the back, after less than a week of light use it had quite a few long deep scratches and lots of small ones which made the case look Like it had 6 months of heavy use. So sent it back for a refund 😔

To put this review in perspective, I have had 5 casemate cases for previous iPhones, and loved them all. This one is sub standard, trying to accomadate both 13 and the pro model. The cutout for the silent switch is so off center; it almost rubs the edge. The power button is enormous; it is way too easily pressed while holding the phone. The lip for the camera lens is barely there; I would argue the lens actually still sticks out past the case. I have only returned 2 things to Amazon my whole life - at this price point this case is going back.

I was so excited to order this case. Case mate is my go to brand as they never yellow. Unfortunately my first one came scratched so I had to send it back and get a refund. The second one came and is beautiful but doesn’t fit right, the top corners don’t sit right… it does also easily scratch. It’s not a long term case but looks pretty when I do decide to use it. Such a shame for the price.

Have only had this case for a day but let me say... I cannot stop looking at it, it's beautiful!!! No issues with button or camera cutouts. Provides a slight lip on the front and back for double protection. The only variable is whether the back will scuff (or how bad) but that's a test of time. Love it and do not regret splurging on this gem (pun intended). 🤩
