Terrific product now permanently part of our pantry
I had never used Bulgar wheat but ate it a lot without knowing. I took a cooking class and they had us get this ‘odd item’ and showed us how to use it. Wow, the flexibility of bulgar wheat is amazing. You can add it to nearly any stew and it will thicken it up and add a wonderful flavor. I can’t tell you if I like this one more than another but hay, I really liked this one.

It was Exactly what I ordered, but was too fine for the tabouli I wanted to make. I needed to order the bigger green.
