Great product but wish the dosage was 30 MG so you can split it I would take this at night not Am cause you’ll be tired if you work the 9-5 right after work I would take this around 6pm do not take Am 88 MG is high so yeah you’ll be awake in the Am but right at 4PM you’ll be cooked tired sleepy.

I am not diagnosed officially, but likely have ADHD. Due to this, and my busy life as a mom and business owner (and childhood traumas), I have trouble with anxiety that feels like constant tightness in my chest. I’ve been taking saffron for about a year now and I can definitely tell the difference when I miss a day. This higher dose gives me no ill side effects, and the anxious feelings I normally would have are much less (literally can feel myself relax more within an hour of taking this!) This is an extremely high dose. Only 30mg are recommended. Wish I knew that before buying. Also, beware that it should not be mixed with SSR's/antidepressants or anti-anxiety meds, even low doses, like 5mg of Lexapro or similar. Potential for scary side effects.
