Does it have fragrance?

It does have some fragrance in the ingredients list, and only a slight scent, but not enough to smell on your face for any period of time.

Would I need to apply a face moisturizer before applying this on my face or will this moisturize my face well enough on its own?

You do not have to but it is recommended.

Does this spf have a lingering chemical scent like other spf’s do? Is it sticky after application?

Yes there is sunscreen smell. It feels sticky at first but quickly absorb into skin and it feels moist, not sticky in my opinion.

Does this cause breakouts?

You might want to try a physical mineral sunblock with zinc oxide & titanium oxide. They are ingredients that are actually helpful for acne prone skin. The ingredients in chemical sunscreens are known to cause an imbalance and irritation in the skin, this one will be no different, if that’s the problem you’re having. You have to figure out if it’s an added ingredient causing your problem, like fragrance, or if it’s the ingredients like oxybenzone avobenzone octinoxate that are causing the problem. Then you will know for sure, whether this will break you out.
