A delicious and nutritious high-protein soy drink!
I've been using this product for a while now, and it's honestly become a staple in my kitchen (hence ordering so many of them). As a vegan, I'm always on the lookout for good plant-based options that aren't just tasty but also pack a nutritional punch, and this one really delivers. It's lactose-free and gluten-free, which is perfect if you have sensitivities, but even more importantly, it’s 100% plant-based! What I love most is the high protein content. It’s a great way to get in some extra protein without having to rely on powders or overly processed foods. The taste is smooth and creamy, without that weird chalky texture some soy drinks have. I use it in everything - smoothies, coffee, over cereal, and it even works well in cooking. Plus, it's fortified with vitamins like B12 and D, which are super important on a vegan diet. The fact that it's a long-life drink means I can stock up without worrying about it spoiling too fast, which is super convenient. If you're looking for a delicious, nutritious, and versatile plant-based milk with a solid protein boost, I definitely recommend giving this a try!

Additional protein, but normal is better
I normally buy ordinary alpro soya, but bought these as they had added protein for the same price (although now gone back up). Prefer the ordinary, although this is a great product.

Tasty, filling and perfect with a protein shake.
This stuff is smooth and surprisingly satisfying. I like that it mixes well into coffee without curdling and has enough protein to keep me going after the gym or on busy mornings with the kids. It's actually the perfect thickness and consistency when mixed into a protein shake too. The only downside is the cartons feel a bit small when you’re getting through a lot of it, but overall it’s a brilliant option for anyone who’s vegan or just wants a healthier. And not that it needs it, but it's shelf life is massive too.

Nice vanilla flavour, and does not clump up in hot drinks
I am not a vegan, just intolerant of normal ( proper milk ) and I find all the other alternatives like Oat, coconut, Almond, terrible. Some makes of Soya can go clumpy in coffee, especially decaff, but Alpro has always been OK. I find that this Alpro type has a nice vanilla flavour that goes well with tea and coffee, it is very slightly thicker than the 'normal Alpro' type, but not excessive and it just means you need to use less.

Tastes no different - short dated
This saves a lot of money vs tescos. Due to surgery, i need to eat a lot of protein, i prefer not to drink cow juice. tastes just fine, i use it for my porridge each morning and gives a boost to protein. Update, second order and it has a short shelf life, went in tescos and the cartos there had 9 month use by, the ones delivered had 1 month.

Great source of protein but the taste is unique (I like it)
Here's my take on the Alpro Soya High Protein Drink: Pros: Protein Boost: Great for post-workout shakes or just to meet daily protein needs. Nutrient-Rich: Added vitamins and calcium are a plus for your bones and health. Shelf Life: Handy when you don't shop often; less waste, more convenience. Taste: Not bad at all, blends well in morning coffee or smoothies. Cons: Price: While it's pricier, getting it in bulk means you don't have to run to the shop constantly. Sweetness: Might be a tad too sweet if you prefer things less sugary. Overall, it's a solid choice for your kitchen, especially if you're looking to keep up with a high-protein, vegan diet. Just keep an eye out for deals!

It’s good… but
This is Awful! Is what my partner said when she tried it in her protein shake. I was confused however as I had enjoyed my first glass of it. I mean, it does at it says by providing an easy source of protein to a drink. BUT when I tried her protein shake I realised it’s not great at mixing with other things such as powders (and teas). Probably because it’s thicker than normal milk drinks. I’ve resulted to using a blender to mix my protein shakes with this milk, as shaking by hand leaves clumps. But that doesn’t bother me too much. That’s where the one star is taken off. Besides that, it tastes great! And as a vegan, every bit of protein I can find helps!

Paired with Matcha in a milk frother
We recently started having Alpro Soya High Protein Plant-Based Drink into our morning routine and it's been a tasty treat. My girlfriend follows a vegan and dairy-free diet so finding a high protein, plant based milk with a decent texture isn't easy, but Alpro's Soya drink is a definite win! The nutritional profile is also great. The high protein content just adds that little extra protein which is great and sustained energy release throughout the morning. Also, its long shelf life is a huge plus, ensuring my gf always has a dairy free alternative on hand. We buy in bulk now. its pleasantly mild and not overly sweet, which I prefer, especially when mixing it with other ingredients like matcha. It's versatile enough to be used in a variety of recipes, not just beverages. Overall, Alpro Soya High Protein milk is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a vegan, high-protein milk alternative. It works "ok"with a milk frother, not crazy froth, but thats to be expected - its a great option for those who enjoy a warm coffee/matcha in the morning. Will continue to order alongside testing other ones too.
