is this price for a pack of 2 posts?

Safety Bollard has a pack of 2 posts.

If a vehicle hit this, would it stay still secured to the base with only 4 anchor bolts, and stay straight/unbent?

Hello, for this Safety Bollard, it will stay secured to the base with 4 anchor bolts, but you need to know the power of this vehicle hit, so it maybe not stay straight/unbent.

This does not allow pouring concrete in the pipe? Would it be stronger with a hollow base bollard and concrete poured into the pipe?

Hi, for this Safety Bollard, the two holes have been sealed , of course it can allow pouring concrete in the pipe, but you need to punch and pour concrete.

Can you drill this into an asphalt surface?

The anchors provided are for concrete. You would need a different type of anchor that allows for spreading the load under the asphalt.
