I bought one for myself and my boyfriend. I am on a club swim team and my boyfriend trains for marathons. We love this product. I tend to use it in the mornings and evenings. I can take deeper breaths. It has helped with my swimming especially with my flip turns and staying underwater longer. My boyfriend said he can feel the difference as he runs also.
