I Take It Daily
Ever since reading about the benefits of cayenne I had wanted to try it. Only problem, I do not do hot and spicy. I decided to set that aside and try it and am now on something like my 5th or 6th 4 oz bottle and several small bottles (for when I travel). I am thrilled with this cayenne. I take it daily. And absolutely no problem with the hot and spicy. Loving it!!!
