Is this, just the tie rod end, or the tie rod with the tie rod end ball joint crimped together so, it goes from the passenger side , all the way over?

Yes, it came with the zerk fittings. If I remember correctly, they had to be installed.

Is the passenger side tie rod end crimped on or is it removable if I were to need to change it later on? Will the driver side stock parts fit on this?

It is crimped. I tried to remove mine and found it crimped

Does this item go right along (direct Fitment) with ES800594 and does this item come with a adjustment sleeve ?

Yes the DS300043 is direct replacement for OEM same as ES800594. The two pieces are connected together through the adjustment sleeve ES800983S (same as OEM also). Thank you
