This thing is awesome. The instructions suck, but if you’re buying this and making a TV cabinet you probably don’t need the instructions. The height is awesome. It has a bunch of adjustability. The included hardware kind of sucks, but it works fine. I definitely recommend this thing. It took maybe 30 minutes to set up. Overall I’d buy it again.

Am excellent TV lift, with a remote operated motorized stand. Excellent instructions and diagrams, with a whole set of specialized hardware for the Lift. Assembly went very well - again, answers were in the diagrams in the instructions. I purchased another brand first, and found the instructions were virtually my non-existent, and I couldn't get the remote to power the lift. The non Vivo lift was returned. Was hesitant to order another foreign TV Lift product, but the VIvo turned out to be very straight forward, and the small specialized, labeled parts and hardware improved the assembly process.

2 weeks in, and still working great! I hope it lasts the long run. I finished building a custom cabinet for it using some recycled wood (from an old sentimental bookshelf). As long as this holds up, its pretty awesome! I love watching TV outside at night, and my guests are always impressed when they see it! Solid construction, heavy metal, hardware included, all black, maybe an hour to put together and attach tv, but then a few more hours to build your cabinet, and line up the top. You can preset 4 different heights using the remote.

Easy to assemble and works fantastic! Came without the remote but that was easily solved with a quick email to VIVO customer support. Would highly recommend this for anyone considering this product.

A solution to the issue of tv placement. TVs are not esthetically pleasing these days and when not in use they take up wall and window space better suited for anything else. Easy installation and programing, quiet, strong construction and well engineered. Not the cheapest motorized stand on the market but the best rated and still not the highest priced by far. Two very small complaints I have is #1. Proper screws were not supplied for my 55" Samsung and #2 Rubber grommets would help wall mounting by softening the pressure against sheet rock and trim plus reduce noise feedback even though it's quiet, the (self supplied) rubber backing make it near silent. Video of unit in action is in 10X fast motion and actually takes around thirty seconds to raise. 1 month in use with no issues.

Solid piece of engineering that works the way you want it to. Smooth, steady and quiet. Foolproof remote with memory feature that yields precise positioning on open and close. I put mine in a custom enclosure, using a magnet-fastened top piece that fits like a glove. Also comes with a free app, in case the remote ever craps out. Been opening and closing it every day for a year, without problems of any kind. I had never seen one of these before I bought and installed it (which could not have been easier) so am really pleased that it works exactly as I had hoped. Highly recommend this item.

Works perfectly for my 43” tv. I have had this for about 4 months now in the outdoor cabinet I built and it has given me no issues. Adjustments and presets are easy to make. Super quiet operation. Seems to be very well built. Remote works well, but it is the cheapest part of the unit. Time will tell to see how long it will last. The app works pretty good as well. Overall great value I believe.

Absolutely love this for my bedroom. I have it set up so it goes behind my dresser and it only comes up when I want to watch TV. The first few times the remote was tricky, but as long as you read the directions and do them exactly as they say you’ll be fine I couldn’t be happier.

This is a well-made steel TV stand riser at a good value price. The packaging is very sturdy to protect the heavy steel telescopic beam. I intend to use it for a Standing Desk The are some tweaks which should be considered. - Move the cable from the front to the back. - The top wall bracket could be moved to the top edge of the main beam for greater strength - Place the remote with the plug inside the same little cardboard box. I cut into my remote because it was taped onto the beam, and I thought I was cutting through a clump of plastic.

This is the second lift I ordered. I originally had purchased a cheaper model (VIVOR) and the instructions and service were not great. I order this model and it was delivered within a couple of days, and all over the box was "We are here to serve you" inviting me to contact them if I had any issues. The unit that came was different than the one listed, but when I contacted the Vivo Service department, they were prompt and indicated that I was sent the upgraded model. The challenge was that the base was 8" whereas the older model was only 4" which was a problem for the cabinet that I built. So, with a few modification, we made it work and I'm really pleased - and pleased that I got the upgrade model. It has a stronger motor, and a great remote that allows you to memorize the height of the lift, and is very quiet. The instructions were excellent, and easy to assemble. Best of all the service people were outstanding. They really appear to stand by their product and want you to be happy.
