This cutters qualitie is very good, as I expected.

Very good, I am using for guitar strings and it's very good and cutting like butter, very easy to use although, i have one concern that after some use it may get dull as I saw very small chipping, but if it survives for 2-3 years that I think value for money. The grips are also premiiand comfortable. Basic use and functionality is excellent.

The BOOSDEN 6.5 inch Wire Cutters have turned out to be a very good purchase. I’ve had them for around 3 years now and they’re still working well, which says a lot about the overall durability and quality for the price. They cut cleanly, feel comfortable in the hand, and have held up well over time without becoming loose or developing play in the pivot. The cutting edges are still in good condition and they continue to handle general workshop, electrical and hobby tasks without problems. The size is also practical — compact enough for detailed work but still with enough leverage for tougher wires and cable ties. They feel solid rather than flimsy, and the grip remains comfortable during longer use. For an affordable pair of cutters, they’ve definitely lasted better than expected. I ordered this to replace a cutter I had purchased from a craft company to cut apart my dies when I receive them. I wasn’t sure if it would work. The first picture shows the cutter itself, please note that the head doesn’t have a locked close setting or a cap, so when it isn’t in use, this what it will look like. The first photo shows a set a dies before I cut them apart. The second set shows them cut apart. They are made of steel, so you can’t just snap them apart easily and if the cutter isn’t strong enough or can’t get in close enough you get sharp pieces that stick out, which cut you. I was satisfied with this cutter. It was able to get into the small spaces between the dies and cut easily and well. When I did have a small sharp bit left, I was able to cut it close and remove the hazard. They are reasonably priced, better than most sold as “craft cutters”. They cut well. I haven’t used them extensively so I can’t give an opinion yet on how long they remain sharp. My only small dislike is the fact that they can’t be locked closed or have a cap on the tip. It just makes storage a pain and also you have to be careful not to grab up by the blades. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend them.
