NO it is a fermented mixture of nattokinase and bacteria. I have been taking it for years folowing a stroke for blood control. It is supposed to keep your blood from clotting in the body but it will clot outside the body. Apparently it works. It has for me for Ten years. David I take the capsule from. Does anyone know how much mcg of vitamin K2 is in a serving of (1/32) of this natto powder. Recommended amount is between 150-200mcg per day of k2

I would google it. I was able to find out supposedly how much k2 is in 100 grams (not milligrams, so you would have to convert it) of natto on www.mamanatural.com. Of course this is not specific to this product. Hope this helps, Good luck.(According to the above mentioned website they stated 775 mcg per 100 gram serving.)
