i need to cover area of 8ft long x 3ft wide what messurements would i need in this for this area , sorry not good at converting, without cutting

using the sizes on the drop down you would have to order the 3m x 1.5m (far too much and expensive) youd be better looking for the cut to size options (either on amazon or elsewhere!) for an 8ft x 3ft strip you need 2.5m in length x 1m in width that would be more than ample (2.4449m x 0.899m app) sorry if this isnt much help

Yes it is. The matting is a strong design made fro flooring in garages and work places.

Is this product suitable for outdoor use on a wooden deck for example? Is it UV stable?

This product is designed for outdoors or indoors, it is hard wearing and uv resistant. I had this on my decking during 3 months of building work to protect the wood. Only issue I had was that rainwater tended to pool on it. That could be reduced by drilling some drain holes. Definitely recommend
