Muscle Strength Boosters
This vitamin gave me a big boost in muscle strength through my upper back, shoulders and arms and gave me back my energy and the desire to do all the things I love to do. The pills are easy to swallow, I have not had an upset stomach and I can lift my 30lb granddaughter with ease.

It works!
Osteopenea comes with aging, and over the years my bone density screenings started to show slight decreases in the bone density of my hip and neck. Nothing to worry about - yet, but I didn't want to take any chances. After I came across OsteoMD two years ago, and after reading some of the encouraging reviews, I decided to give this supplement a try. So for two years now, I've been taking three pills a day (easy to swallow) in addition to the calcium pill that I've been taking for many years, without any real results.I had another bone density screening a couple of days ago, and the results which I received today, speak for themselves:"There is an 11.3% increase in bone mineral density in the left total hip since 11/14/2022.There is a 5.3% increase in bone mineral density in the left femoral neck since 11/22/2022."I couldn't be happier!So I'll keep doing what I've been doing for two years, and I can highly recommend this supplement if your goal is to increase your bone density.

The review of the product is quite clear. Others that I have used actually taste like the the rock they were processed from. I'm willing to pay to avoid that.

What I have learned...
I was hoping this supplement would be a panacea for my aging, osteopenia...I take 35 mcgs. of Fosamax weekly and do well with it. I just thought I needed a little help. It's taken me 4 months to figure out; but it's clear I'm getting enough calcium in my diet that I do NOT need this supplement but more to the point? It created constipation which I've never had in my life...I stopped it...My "normalacy" has returned. Too much calcium will do this to a person; that I knew. I just thought I knew what I was doing and even my bone doc agreed yesterday. "Live and learn". They are finding it will also harden the tissue around organs...Best to KNOW before you "leap" like I did, foolishly, but am grateful to have learned!

The principle was bone heath as reviewed. Bought two bottles at 6 capsules aday. Almost done with second bottle. The principle belief was through exercise it would circulate bone health through body and back to bone building. The actual bone matter perineum take a lot for this FULL circulation. As I took took this while exercising, I can only say I belive this helped by increase circulation or exercise performance. Thats what the review said, pricy but worth it. Bone health also involves the scalp, face, and neck. I DEFINITLY belive it helped with my neck and head exercises. I have a head and neck machine to do weightlifting with my head and neck. Also, my teeth became whiter. I believe that from strenuous sit ups.
