It’s amazing and famous caviar balanced with salt, usually u can keep tin about 1 year, just check date on the TIN.

How long will the tin last after it's been opened?

Usually I buy 1 or 2 can of caviar (2 lb). It's cheaper this way. So I pack them in small jars and keep them in the freezer, opening them as needed. We eat with the whole family with pleasure, no one notices any changes in taste.

I used to buy in such jar, there was one pound each. Now I take it in a different jar - Gosudarev Zakaz Salmon (Red) Caviar 907 g (2 lbs) can. Also very tasty caviar.
