An everyday staple
I workout quite a bit, and I use this powder in my “during” drink every time I hit the gym. It helps my muscles to recover much fast that if I just drank another common electrolyte drink (G), and since I’ve started with this stuff, I have not been so detrimentally sore that I couldn’t make it in the next day. It also tastes really good. Great stuff!

Great product, I have purchased this multiple times. So far sour watermelon and blue razz are my favorite, with watermelon taking the top spot. Used it a couple times after spending most of the day working outside and it does seem to help.Pros:Great flavor2:1:1 BCAA ratio (only actively researched ratio)Great for hydrations.Cons:Expensive
