Customer Service - out of this world!
The kids played with it for a couple of days before someone broke a propeller and it wouldn't fly anymore. I checked the warranty to see if I could order a replacement propeller--looked like it would be covered, so I reached out for service. They were friendly, quick and responsive (asking which color to match with replacement parts), and replaced the toy for us! The kids were thrilled. The toy is fun, but I was blown away by the customer service!

Wonderful toy, but it does not last very long!
This was an amazing toy, but it did not last as long as we liked. The six year old boy was delighted with it and enjoyed it along with his three brothers. If it’s a toys for boys, make it strong enough for them.

Not working properly with hand gesture and very less fly time 5mins
I bought it 3 days back for my daughter’s Christmas gift. But got disappointed with its performance. Its infrared sensors are not effective.. its not working as described on product page. Battery works only for 5mins. It is not following the hand gestures at all . Seems to be defective one. Though build wise its looks fine, overall its not working.Need seller to respond my feedback or suggest other product.I have seen similar drone kids play, works more time but this one is very disappointing. I bought it as per review on amazon, was expecting it to work properly as mentioned on booklet. It is very annoying for 50mins for 5mins playtime. Please suggest what should I do now? Should I wait for replacement or return it.

Disappointing!!
I'm really bummed out. I missed the deadline to return this by just a few days. It was used a few times when purchased in late December 2021. Pulled it out again to gift to a friend in late January 2022. Set it aloft only to have to fly into a sky light where it stalled until I nudged it down with a broom handle. Since then, when launched it goes straight up to the ceiling and then quickly crashes to the floor. Recalibrating has not been not effective. Fully charged doesn't seem to make any difference. Leave it off your "buy" list is my recommendation.
