I have only been taking this product for a week, and cutting back to one pill a day, per other reviews. To date, I have not seen a dramatic difference in my intestinal health, which mainly is constipation. Have I had normal BMs? Maybe. Have I had complete BMs? No. My concern is that taking two pills a day might make it impossible to leave my house...so I have been careful with dosage. But...as a result, I might not have gotten the full benefit of the pills. They have no taste, and while larger than a regular capsule, they are easy to swallow. I think more time is needed to give a full review.
