I bought this iron due to the price and good reviews, I'll give it 2 stars because at least I don't feel I'm out that much money, but as I suspected there are many reasons for the low price and I will now be needing to buy anther higher quality iron.Pros:PriceHeats up quicklyAuto shut-offCons:Doesn't sit flat because it's rounded on the bottom so falls on its side, very dangerous because the heat plates then nearly touch your counter. Mine was very hot underneath the iron even with my constantly flipping it back upright.Pulls hair. I've never had a flat iron rip hair out, but nearly each time I ran it through I could feel a hair our two rip out and see them fall to the counter.Velvety covering was a terrible choice for a hot tool and collected minor fuzz and hair product and looked filthy after a couple weeks of use.Though the price is tempting, if you've ever owned a reputable flat iron you likely won't be happy this one.

I was a little skeptical getting a straightener for so cheap at first. My worries were put to rest once I used it. I have really thick curly hair and it straightened my hair quick and easy. I also loved that the straightener was light weight but didn't radiate heat everywhere. I wasn't burning up sweating after using it, and my hair never looked better. Definitely a win.

It is a nice flat iron, I like the temperature settings, but personally, I like to curl my hair with my flat iron and for me and my daughter it doesn't work well or hold very long. I have soft African American hair that normally don't require a lot of heat, but I am constantly using this to get my hair straight. I am very proficient at using these tools, but this one doesn't straighten or create lasting curls or straightening.

This product makes my hair so straight.. It's so fits in my bad so i could take it anywhere.. After a long work out and need at the gym i just take this out of my gym bag and start using it at the gym before i go to work it warm us quick and very user friendly.

I bought this 4 months ago and have used it not more than 3-4 times. Just plugged it in and it's as dead as a door nail. Plugged it in several receptacles and still no heat. I'm desperate so am putting on a cap and going out in search of another locally. Save your money and dont by this thing.

I love this straightener. I expected a much smaller version due to the price. I love that the outside stays cool so no burning your forehead. It also makes awesome beach waves. It has a digital heat temp that you can manually set and has an auto shut off. I would purchase this item again and highly recommend

So I tried these a few times. Love the look and the LED screen. I can see the temperature of the iron. Take seconds to warm up and it remembers the last temperature you used it at. I feel like it doesn't hold a curl like my other curlers. I still like these.
