Superb. What a piece of kit this is! Super handy, as a time served joiner, fitting kitchens, etc, this is such a time saver.

Good value. Does the job. Only gripe is the foam inlay is too tight a fit and actually pushes the pencil out instead of holding it in place but that's just being picky.

It’s great and it works best for skirting/plinth however the bolts/tightening mechanism is still too loose even when fully tightened. If you put any pressure on the pencil or put too much pressure on the item you’re scribing the pencil moves and you have to readjust. Recommend for horizontal use or flat surfaces and not vertical. If you replace the bolts with something more industrial it would be 5 stars.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Useful but Build Quality Lets It Down The Tracer ProScribe tool is a handy and well-thought-out concept, making scribing and marking quick and accurate, especially in tight spaces. The deep hole pencil works well and the included lead holster and carry case are nice additions that help keep everything organised. However, the overall build quality is disappointing for the price. Some parts feel less robust than expected and don’t inspire confidence for long-term use on a busy site. It works fine for light or occasional use, but professionals may find durability to be an issue. Decent functionality, but the construction could be much better.

I have tried several of this style of mechanical pencil. I like this one the best. the pencil works great, the sharpener works great and i love the scribe tool. I only have two problems with the whole thing. First the sharpener being in the case is a pain, as the clip holds well and you have to rip it out of your pocket to sharpen the lead. Two, the case itself. The pencil stick out really far and inside the case where the tip goes will break the tip of the lead off if you have it out far at all. I wish the case went deeper in your pocket and the pencil went deeper in the case. However it works better than the competition so for now i have found my go to pencil !
