Product is good, so far I am happy with the results as I am taking it for supporting supplements.

Ineffective due to low dosage and overpriced.
500mg per capsule is not effective and a waste of money. According to research, to see a noticeable difference in energy and overall health, you need therapeutic doses. Clinical benefits are typically seen at 2–5 grams (2000–5000mg) So, I would have to take at least 8 capsules a day, which would be 15 days of servings only.

I have been taking 2 permanent as recommended, but no results, infact I feel my tummy bloated and hence stopped taking.

So far, so good! A coworker recommended this product to me, and I thought, “What do I have to lose?” Long story short, I purchased it the same day she told me about it, and so far, it seems to be working for me. Honestly, I feel like it’s been a little miracle for me. I originally purchased it because I was dealing with stiff joints, but I noticed something unexpected, it seemed to help me sleep better, too. Now, is it a placebo effect? I honestly don’t know. 😂 But whatever is happening, I’m sold! As long as I’m feeling less pain and sleeping better, I’m going to keep taking it and see how things continue. Of course, everyone’s experience may be different, but if you’ve been considering it, do your research and see if it’s right for you. One important update: I’ve temporarily stopped taking my blood-pressure medication and plan to see my doctor next week to have my blood pressure checked and discuss it with them. I’ll definitely share an update if anything changes. Again, so far, so good! If anything changes, I’ll be back with another review. Good luck! ❤️

Seems to Be Helping My Milk Supply!
I bought these specifically to add to my routine while breastfeeding and support my milk supply. Obviously, there are a lot of things that can affect supply, so I can’t say with certainty that the moringa is the reason, but I honestly do feel like I’ve noticed a difference since taking it consistently. I also like that the ingredient list is straightforward—organic moringa leaf powder in capsule form—so it’s an easy addition to my daily supplement routine. Based on my experience so far, I plan to keep taking it!

It's working for me!
I've been taking Pura Vida Moringa for about 3 years. I read of its anti inflammatory properties and thought I'd try it because I was experiencing an awful pain in my mid back. I noticed the pain diminished after starting this. I wasn't sure if it was just coincidence, so after several months I thought I'd stop and see what happened. The exact same pain in my back returned. I started taking it again and it went away. Sticking with it now.
