500mg per capsule is not effective and a waste of money.According to research, to see a noticeable difference in energy and overall health, you need therapeutic doses. Clinical benefits are typically seen at 2–5 grams (2000–5000mg)So, I would have to take at least 8 capsules a day, which would be 15 days of servings only.

I've been taking Pura Vida Moringa for about 3 years. I read of its anti inflammatory properties and thought I'd try it because I was experiencing an awful pain in my mid back.
