In general, I like the lunchbox. I highly recommend the lunchbox with a divider over the one that doesn't. The reason for that is because the food was heated much better. Most of these lunchboxes has the slower heating speed for food in the interior (where food doesn't touch the metal part). You could have warmed food at the periphery but cold food at the center. With the divider made of metal, heat can be transmitted to the center much better through the divider. You get a more homogeneously warmed food between 20 to 40 minutes (depending on how warm you want). One thing I don't like about this product is that the lunch bag is slightly smaller than the lunchbox. You can still use the lunch bag, but the bag is distorted by the lunchbox. I wouldn't expect the lunch bag can last long. Be prepared to buy a new lunch bag soon.

This was very nice. The only thing that made me give it 4 stars is that after the first use the handle broke. I am so upset, because I really 😒 like it.

It’s so easy for work lunches I buy the Birds Eye pasta meals and throw in with a little water and plug it in about an hour before I eat and it turns out perfect!! I’ve saved so much money since purchasing this no more cold lunches or eating out at work!!!

I purchased because I want to heat when I want to. It really heats your food, steam comes out when you open the lid. I would say it takes 20 minutes to heat up but if you left longer it will continue to heat. Please don't forget your plugs at home. Oh yes and the car adapter works like you plugged into the wall.
