These test kits expire. What's the expiration date?

No. they normally email results within a week. Check your spam folder or contact them by phone.

I lost my prepaid envelope and directions for how to use. Can you help with directions and instructions for sending to lab?

Place pro-lab radon gas detector along with information form and a check or money order for $40 into envelope. Mail to: Pro-Lab p.o.box 267730, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33326-9914. Must be mailed first class and sent within 24 hours of the completion of the test. I’m sorry I do not remember what info they request on the form. If you have more questions, call 954-384-4446.

Do I need a separate tests for each room in my basement?

I don't believe so. I used 1 in my 2500 square foot home. If the test comes back positive there are other resources available for you to get more in depth with testing.
