Are these as breathable as the N95 with vents?

As breathable as any other mask without vents. These are ok masks, but I find the chin seem tearing when wearing. I wouldn’t recommend these for that reason.

Do these masks come individually wrapped?

No these did not come individually wrapped. Inside the box there is a sort of cellophane sealed wrapper around all of the masks as a group.

Do these masks contain latex?

I don’t think so but don’t know for sure. There would be small amounts maybe

Are these what hospital uses?

Not exactly. 3M was one brand we used in medical care when I was nursing. They have the same double around the head straps.
