I have been having a problem with the elastic in my traditional underwear chafing my post-menopausal skin where my leg meets my groin when I go on longer walks, and this was the perfect solution! Very comfortable and legs stay put thanks to the gentle interior rubber ring around the hem. Sits right at my waist and is not too tight. It's also a cotton blend, so breathes well yet still holds its shape. Also, there is the benefit of no panty lines on your backside since the underwear extends to mid thigh. I just bought more!

I use these for sleeping. They are very comfortable, don't ride up, they are close fitting but not tight. comfortable waist and leg, don't cut in. Bought them because they are mostly cotton, and they are breathable, I don't feel sweaty or damp in them. I'm sure they'd be comfortable to wear during the day if I needed to for chaffing protection.
